The Inner West Council is meeting on Tuesday 13 February 2024.
On the agenda (Item 3) is Parramatta Road Corridor Stage 1 – Proposal (PRCUTS) – Preliminary Engagement Outcomes – this includes the proposed rezoning of the Lungs of Leichhardt area (Hathern, Beeson, Kegworth and Tebbutt Streets).
Also on the agenda (Item 2), is State Government Housing Reforms – Implications for the Inner West Draft Submission, which relates to the State Government’s proposed housing strategy which would automatically authorise apartment buildings of six or more storeys in large parts of our suburbs.
