Join us and take part in Bird Spotting along our Inner West Greenway!
With over 50 species of birds on our greenway, we are inviting the community to take part in one of this month’s bird walks and surveys, to help local parents and children build your local bird knowledge. Some of our bird life are threatened species so this is a perfect opportunity to get to know our feathered friends.
We will have two expert bird watchers from Inner West Environment Group (IWEG) who will guide the walk from Taverners Hill Light Rail station to Marion Street and identify our local birdlife.
Take this opportunity to learn about our bird life as it may disappear forever.
Binoculars available, beginners especially welcome.
